Training Needs Analysis
We meet you to understand your business, context, and training needs. We ask questions and dig deeper into your employees’ challenges, pain points, and concerns. This way, we identify observed performance gaps we can address. There are two performance gaps: problem-based gaps and growth-based gaps. Either of these two (or both) will be the basis of our training design and proposal.
Training Design and Proposal
Based on your training needs, we craft a training design with the vehicle and secondary objectives to address observed performance gaps. Rainmakers’ proposal includes the proper training program so you can precisely see each module’s schedules and plan breaks (e.g., lunchtime) and other activities of your organizing team accordingly.
Training Proper
We coordinate with your organizing team (at most, the HR team) for venue, logistics, and training schedules. Rainmakers’ lead trainer, Venchito Tampon, has over a decade of expertise facilitating and creating transformational and interactive learning experiences for your participants. Our training programs are filled with lectures, team building activities, role-play, and assessments to capture every learning style of applicants.
Training Evaluation
We utilize two elements from Donald Kirkpatrick’s Four-Level Evaluation Model to assess the program’s impact and the learner’s assimilation and application of knowledge. The first of the two levels is a reaction, which focuses on participants’ immediate feedback after the training, evaluating the trainer, program, and activities. The second level is learning, which assesses the participant’s acquisition of knowledge, skills, and attitude improvements resulting from the training.
